Probably nothing to worry about. If you overdosed on natural vitamins and stuff then your body has to get rid of the excess somehow, and that is usually done through the urine. If you have excess then you should cut back cause its not helping you if your body is getting rid of it.

Yes you have had too much of something, probably vitamin B. You should ONLY take vitamin supplements if you are not getting enough from your food. Excess vitamins is as bad as not enough vitamins!

Consult your doctor if your are not sure about whether you need them.

Well, maybe you’re just dehydrated. If your pee is clear that means you are hydrated. When your pee is really yellow you should really drink more water. I guess if your pee is lime green it probably means you should drink more water.

You’ll be fine..unless your looking for a different color.

When I take my vitamin, it turns my pee the color of a yellow highlighter. Excess asparagus can turn your urine green. As for lime green, I have no clue.

Not sure if it was an overdose, but I’d talk to a doctor before self-prescribing supplements - especially if you’re mixing different ones.

Your body is made to work well on a certain ratio of nutrients; if you “up” those nutrients too much, it can damage different organs or systems. Just because something is natural doesn’t mean that it’s safe to take, especially when you’re taking a large amount of supplements in combination.

Lime green pee isn’t a great sign, especially if it persists. A doctor or nutritionist won’t berate you or anything, but they will help you make good choices. They’ll help you figure out what nutrients to get from various foods, and which supplements are safe to take.

    Good luck!

Overloading on vitamins is a sort of health addiction. Hey, all you need is one multi vitamin. You don’t have to swallow each vitamin in a tablet form. Just think, do you think all the vegetarians whom if I am may say, live a healthy eat so many vitamin supplements? Eat a balanced and healthy meal. Consult a good doctor or a good nutritionist before you start self medicating yourself!
