I’m going to start weight training this week with 2 days of cardio. Also I’m doing a super clean diet and supplementing with 2 whey protein shakes a day. I take 5 meals a day.
I don’t care about my scale weight. my goals is too be lean and lose fat. How long does it typically take for your body to show signs of leaness and muscle tone? How long can I expect to see changes?

Lay off a few calories each day, and you will see that it helps!

Your using whey for the wrong reason, which is an extra intake of calories that will further seperate you from you goals sorry to say. Becoming lean is easy peasy. Don’t use weights unless you want size. You can tone using your own body weight and it is just as effective. Just trust me… and it only takes a month if even to notice results.
