    Glutamine doesn’t do much in my opinion. It’s just an amino acid. It aids in the repair of muscle tissue, but you can just eat more food instead of taking glutamine. Creatine is better, because it gives you energy for your workout. If you take creatine, just make sure you are drinking lots of water. Linebacker # 5

    Neither is worth the money. If you are on a high protein diet eating healthy fats and exercise will aid you more in weight loss than either one of these supplements. Jewels
