Which Diet pill/supplement is best for me?

I am a 29 year old female looking to lose about 25 pounds. I do go to the gym twice a week but it’s not helping because of my eating habits, I assume. I would like a little weight loss boost. I have been looking into weight loss pills and supplements but don’t know which ones are best. I would like something that has been on the market for awhile. I have looked into Slim Quick and a couple other things im really cautious because I see all of the commercials once the newest fad diet pill goes bad! What should I do?

There is no Magic pill that will make you loose weight. It takes hard work, and good eating habits. I tried everything out there and nothing works, it’s all hype to get you to buy it. If you have a gym membership, go at least 5 times a week, and eat 4-6 small meals a day, with plenty of water.I lost 20+ lbs just by changing how I was eating. I’m sure your going to get a lot of Miracle pill/drink links with this question. modelplus2000

Mega-T from walmart. It has green tea and acai berry. Your appetite will be reduced and you will be on the toilet though in the beginning stages. You should drop about 5 pounds a week if you eat only one meal a day. Don’t take late at night or before you are trying to go to sleep. The stuff gives you energy. Take it and go for a nice walk every day and you will drop a minimum of 3 pounds a week but you have to lower your calorie intake from coffee, soda, junk foods etc. Also watch your sodium intake from all sources. Many weight watchers meals or frozen weight loss meals have high sodium to preserve foods. 5 dollar subs….Stick with one or two foot long subs from subway a day or other healthy fruit and you can do it. “WATCH THE SODIUM AND MAYONAISE”. I mix diet soda with half water to fill up my stomach and lower my appetite too. I use this Mega T twice a year to shed up to 20 lbs instantly. The keys are to move around alot and lower your calories. Do not cheat yourself. J h
