I saw it in yahoo answers somewhere and to my dismay can’t recall the name now.
It comes in a tin like formula and available in Australia.

Probably Pediasure as it comes in 2 sized cans and can be used from age 1 to 10 years old.
There is also Sustigen powder too that children can use but just get Vanilla flavour as the others are way to high in other nasties.
