    Drink water before every meal, salad before lunch and dinner. These will help fill you up before your main courses. Use complex carbs instead of simple carbs, no fast food, more veggies and fruits.

    Hey bud just start taking iodine the thryroid needs it to make the hormones to run your metoblism. Being over weight is from not enough excersize and a iodine defeciency.
