There is no diet pill out there that is successful, the only thing diet pills do is burn a hole in your pocket. Continue to exercise and eat right and you will see results if you stick with it. It takes patience. Good Luck. *M@R!*

Unfortunately you are not going to like the real answer. None. Diet pills can be very dangerous and shouldn’t be used to take the easy road out. The proper way to lose weight is controlling what you eat, and most important exercise. Find something that is good exercise and that you like to do and go do it. It may take longer, but in the end it will be worth it. Mike D

Well, I’m sure there are diet pills out there that work but they aren’t healthy. If I were you I would just stick with eating healthy and exercising. :] Katy

Thermogenesis… but beware the drug inside of it that causes weight loss, Ephedra, has been know to kill people through heart attacks. But It’s a very effective weight loss supplement. Ephedra is also located in other different diet pills, not just Thermogenesis.
Good luck! J Smith

There isn’t one. If there was a pill that actually worked, all the overweight people would take it and lose the weight, then you wouldn’t have overweight people anymore. Trust me on this one — you don’t want to do diet pills. They wreak havoc with your metabolism, and since you’re 18 they could do irreversible damage to your metabolism if you’re not done growing/developing (bear in mind most females aren’t fully developed physically until age 22).
Try this instead: Eat small meals or snacks every 3 hours or so. Start with breakfast within an hour of getting up, then keep the snacks in the 150-250 calorie range and the meals in the 300-400 calorie range (remember, you’re exercising, so you need a greater caloric intake). See, if you eat too much at one sitting your body stores the extra calories as fat, but if you go too long between meals your metabolism slows down. Eating smaller portions more often keeps your metabolism running higher because you’re constantly expending extra calories to digest food. sarge927

Alli works. Ephedra works, but it’s illegal and addictive. Plus, once you take them you feel like you’ve taken SPEED. Scary, but my brother lost a ton of weight on them. He bought them illegally, though. He also works out daily and used them mainly as an energy boost during his workouts. But it works very fast. However, it is not worth taking… too many side effects and you really don’t feel normal for the first several hours after taking them. You have such an intense amout of adrenaline rush, you can feel sick. It messed up my digestive system for weeks, as well.
I use the Acai Berry Pills. I like them. It gives you energy and curbs your appetite. Just exercise and try a vegan diet.
Unless you starve yourself, every diet pill will require exercise and a healthy diet. What they do is increase the amount of weight you lose in a given amount of time. Thus you tend to lose more with them than w/o them.
What also helps is getting a colon cleanse, too! I’ve done this and the results were awesome! Bella4You

None really if you read the fine prints on diet pill bottles it tells you the results will vary, use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program or this one off Slim Quick it says results not typical cartoons lose weight easily. Real people require exercise and a reduced calorie diet to lose weight. you CAN lose weight without the pills, just eat smaller portion meals and eat slowly to where you’re not wolfing down your food in 10 -15 minutes. And eat healthy snacks in between meals, do not starve yourself as that will just make you very hungry and you will end up eating more than you should. Good Luck. Lee-na
