What vitamins should I take at my age that would keep me healthy?

I’m sixteen years old and I want to take some daily vitamins so I can maintain healthy? What I really want to know is what kinds of vitamins should I take that will keep my skin healthy, keep me energized, and keep me looking young. But I don’t want to take something that isn’t natural.

honestly, take Flinstone’s vitamins…i had a dr. tell me once that that was a good multi vitamin. also, for skin, take vitamin E
and best thing for skin: water and exercise and a good moisturizer. Joan
