I am struggling to remain alert and focussed throughout the day and am looking for advice on how I can change my diet. I am a vegetarian, but options may be limited, so I was wondering If I could use diet supplement pills or other vitamins to help.

    Your best bet is a proper diet. A Vegetarian will not get protein from meat. Proteins are necessary in animal diets, since animals cannot synthesize all the amino acids they need and must obtain essential amino acids from food.
    You will need to get protein from other foods. Peanut butter is a good source and a great shake for protein that I like is 2 Tbs. of peanut butter, 1 Tbs. of honey, 1 Cup of milk, 1/4 cup of powered milk and 1 banana. Blend in a blender and enjoy. william w
