Also nothing is better than Calcium. I had the same problem as you do, but I starting increasing my intake of calcium combined with using a product by OPI called "Nail Envy". They have 3 kinds - a gloss, a matte, and a "sensitive nails" version for people who's nails peel or break easily. I use the matte with the sensitive nails one. Try it and give it about 2 weeks - it seems like a long time, but wait until you see the results!
