What vitamins are good for energy level?
bigmomma asked:
I am feeling very lethargic ( I could sleep and sleep). I am overweight, trying to work out to lose weight but not finding the energy to do so. Are there any vitamins that will help with this?

The key for losing weight is not difficult - consume less food and move more often - the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of temptations in the real world don’t you think?! The one method that definitely worked for me was green tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a few free trials left, it was highlighted in Fox News and CNN. I worked off thrity pounds, it definitely does produce success! Amos

A few months ago, I found an unbelievable product. I was searching for several reasons. One I too wanted to lose weight…and after having a baby, I just never seemed to have any energy beyond caring for her. I did some serious research because I was told that traditional vitamins (in the pill form) would only do a minimal amount of good. The reason for that is that its very hard for your body to break down a pill. The average multi only has about a 10-12 percent absorption rate. That means even though the bottle says it has 100% of this and that, if your body cant use it, then its not doing you that much good!! What you need is a liquid vitamin. Not just any liquid vitamin. One that has PLANT SOURCED vitamins and minerals. This is crucial because problem number two with typical multis is that the vitamins and minerals are synthetic..created in a lab. They are not bio ready. That means that again…your body has a hard time using the nutrients. Plant source means its as easy for your body to receive the nutrients here as it is if you ate the fruits and veggies they came from. The liquid vitamin I take has 2 delivery systems. One is a daily 2 oz.shot and they other is an unreal energy drink. (my favorite) The energy drink is like nothing you see on the market. Red bull …
amp ….monster…all of those are simply loaded with caffeine and sugar. They load you up then send you crashing an hour later.Verve is insanely healthy and theres no crash. I love it. I get all my nutrition and an energy boost without having to take a buncha pills. Its taste great too. (im picky about stuff like that) I found a good link for you. Its tells you all about vemma (the 2oz shot) and verve (the energy drink) Good luck with your weight loss your pursuit of better health =) Gia
