Just want to know what vitamins are best to take for trying to conceive and in pregnancy?
Should i take the vitamins for ttc now?
Or Should i just start taking the pregnancy ones?

The pregnancy one stat they should be taken at least a month before conceiving.

I wasn’t even aware that their were vitamins that helped increase your chances of getting pregnant! I didn’t take prenatals until I found out that I was. The best way to increase your chances of getting pregnant is to stop trying. Just enjoy the ride! Easier said than done but the mind is a powerful thing. Plenty of people try for years, don’t get pregnant & then wind up adopting & that is when it happens for them.

Good luck & lots of baby dust! 28 weeks w/ Anthony Lucien =]

It is beneficial to start the pregnancy ones while ttc. I had a miscarriage in April and after I read that green tea can double a womans chances of concieving every cycle if she drinks at least half a cup a day. I started drinking it every day and after 8 weeks my period returned and the next month I was pregnant..so I really think it worked. DylansMummy

it is advisable to do a blood test prior to taking any medication there is no point in taking medicine that is of no use D
