Prescription prenatals are basically OTC prenatals you won’t have to pay for because your insurance will cover them. So if you’re trying to start taking them before you see a midwife, you can just buy any brand OTC prenatals. You can try looking at the back and comparing how much of each and what vitamin is in them to try and get the one with the most out of them. The more expensive ones in one of the stores I went in didn’t have half the vitamins the store brand did. due 01/26/10

There are the Prenate w/DHA which are really expenisve and most insurances wont cover them. The only thing diffferent from Otc is that they have the DHA already in them which is nice but you could get an otc and just supplement with DHA like enfamil Dha. redondo beach Baby #2 4/21/2010
