what kind of supplement should I buy?

I ride my bike everday and get a good work out doing that. I do abs everday as well. Every OTHER day I work pecs and biceps and triceps… I don’t want to be some huge guy but I want to have muscles with definition and look healthy you know? I was thinking of buying a whey protein supplement because i feel that i do not get enough protein in my diet. Am I wrong?

    No, you can supplement with protein, it will help you to heal faster and get stronger as well.

    Use a protein supplement that has more than 1 type of protein in it so that it will digest a little more slowly. Try Labrada, or BSN Syntha-6, but stay away from just whey protein isolate as it digests quite quickly and can help a bodybuilder get the amino acids right away, but for you it is not necessary.

    i would rather make you take cod liver oil to deal with the muscle pains…dont waste cash buying protein shakes…eat lore lean proteins instead like grilled chicken or steamed fish(the best!)with enough veggies… Sai2301
