What kind of a diet would you suggest for a 20 year old swimmer?
AJ asked:
I am considering taking my swimming practices to the next level (professionally). What kind of a diet would you suggest for a 20 year old? Could you tell me what kind of food/supplements I should eat (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, after and before workout, evening, etc….), how much water I should drink and how many meals per day should I have. I practice about one hour to two hours per day.

I suggest not going on a diet if you’re a swimmer who swims consistently. Swimming for about two hours a day with a nice hardy work out helps burns lots of calories and you’re going to need all the energy you can get- so no, don’t take a diet. you are FINE! meagan mermaid
