Something like that is definelty way to risky!!

There is NOT a magic pill “that’s supposed to make food and drinks…taste bad to you and helps u lose weight”.

Eating is necessary to allow us to grow healthy and also to maintain us healthy. Eating in moderation is good for us, overeating is not.

There are pills on the market that tell us “eat all you want and lose weight”, but what they don’t tell us is that we will have uncontrollable diarrhea, you don’t even have time to go to the bathroom, you’ll poop in your pants at school while you are talking to your best friend in the middle of the school yard.

You are talking about aversion therapy where and undesirable behavior (overeating) is paired with an unpleasant stimulus (stinky food) giving you an unpleasant feeling or sensation like for example, throwing up.

YOU can take control of your own overeating instead of relying on outside sources. What we need to do is to change or modify our way of THINKING and BEHAVIOR.

    TIPS:
    1. Eat ONLY at certain times: breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack
(6 times a day). Having an eating schedule keeps you from feeling “starved”.
I lost 35 pounds, and kept it off five years later by not eating anything past 7:00 PM; I ONLY drink water if I feel like eating outside of my schedule.
    2. Pay attention to your food when you decide to eat. Turn off the TV, computer, video games, phone, music. ALL your attention should be on your food. If you are eating a donut cut it in little pieces the size of a grape. Eat one piece at a time and don’t take another bite until you chewed and swallowed the little piece. Stop and think how good it tastes, SAVOR the taste, the smell, the texture, let it melt in your mouth. Eat it like if it was the last piece of food you had while lost in a desert. Appreciate the little morsel. Eating SLOWLY also allows our brain to tells us we are satisfied and/or full. When we eat fast we don’t give our brain enough time to tell us we are full or satisfied.
    3. Do NOT deprive yourself of food because then you will crave it even more. I still eat cookies, ice cream, donuts, candy etc., I just eat one donut instead of three in one sitting.
I add a banana or strawberries to my cup of ice cream, it looks like a bigger portion, but I’m only eating one cup of ice cream instead of two.
    4. Water will keep you full, and will hold your hunger until it is time for your next PLANNED meal.
