What is the best/most effective diet pill?
Erik asked:
I have seen a lot of different pills online that claim to incinerate fat, help build muscle and all that, but it sounds to good to be true. Do these pills work? Im not a stranger to supplements but im interested in these diet pills that build muscle, if they work let me know. Any info I appreciate, thanks!

when it comes to dieting, don’t look to a pill. a lot of them out there do not work and flat out expensive. if you listen to all their ads, they say to take the pill along with a healthy diet and exercise … so is it really the pill doing the work? i doubt it. if you are trying to lose weight, eat a proper diet and start working out. if you are hungry eat something that is filling but low in calories like cereals or vegetables. it is tough, but you can do it and you will save yourself a lot of money and possible health problems. Many people look at diet pills as the answer for weight loss. The fact is using any fat burning diet pill without changing your diet or exercise habits will do little for you.
Use diet pills as a tool for weight loss and not as an definite solution. Rachel W

A pill is not the answer. Lift weights, get cardio in, and eat healthier (eat less, eat healthier things). That will help you build muscle and lose weight. Pills might be able to help, but that alone will do nothing. BlakeH
