What is the best supplement for loosing weight?
johnwhetzell asked:
I am 215 and trying to get down to 175 with cardio and weights 4 times a week. I am on a very low fat and low carb diet and using Lipo 6 which is a diet pill. How much cardio should I be doing per week?

Get off the low carb diet and switch to a low calorie diet. I was 230 and I got back to lifting weigths 4-5 days a week. Three days a week I jog two miles. Two days a week I either bike or roller blade. And one day a week I either play basketball or tennis. My jogging and bike/blade sessions last about 30 minutes with a warm up and cool down. In addition, I eat less and healthy. For breakfast I have a bowl of cereal (usually Honey Nut Cheerios). I have a banana and granola bar at 9am. I eat a GNC ProCrunch bar and carrots for lunch (sometimes I also have a small bag of chips). At 3pm I’ll have an apple. Before my workout I have some peanut butter. For dinner it varies, but I never over do it. I usually eat around 7pm so I don’t snack at night. Doing this I’ve lost about 3-4 lbs a week. Too much more is unhealthy. I’d also recommend subscribing to Muscle and Fitness. It’s the best magazine I’ve found for complete fitness.

I prefer Lipodrene. It’s ephedra based and going to be banned again soon, so get it, if you can… RobsVision

I don’t know about the pills, but if you are working out regularly all you have to do is change your diet. Eating 5 or 6 times a day is the way to go because it keeps your metabolism going. Don’t worry about low carb or low fat diets… carbs, fats(good fats, not unhealthy fats) and proteins should be mixed throughout your diet. You should be eating breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner and then a small snack before bedtime. Smoothies with whey protein are great for snacks for after workouts. If you want to learn more, buy the Abs Diet book by men’s health. It’ll open you up to a more healthy lifestyle and you will learn so much. Good luck. Todd S
