I been getting very sick for the last few years, nothing big but is quite annoying. I read about many nutritional upplements that can help me such as AHCC and Multi-Vitamins, any recommendations on products, recipes and places where I can get help will be appreciated.

    Greetings,
My main recomendation is not a tablet, but is meditation, fresh air, sun and excercise. A regular diet will help, and perhaps fasting one day a month. Follow all of these, or any combination, and I can guarentee that you will be perfectly healthy in no time. I would definately recommend that you learn reiki too. This will help,

The next best thing to eating nutritious fruits and vegetables is a whole food nutritional supplement. It will help you stay healthy because your body is able to absorb the vitamins and minerals better than a synthetic vitamin.

Here’s an article that explains more about whole food nutrition. .

    Hope that helps,

I’ve been using Epicor for over a year after a double bout with the flu. My friend’s started it a few months ago and her pink eye cleared up within a week or so.

I get mine from Swanson Vitamins which sells 30 (a 1-month supply) for about $10, However I take one every other day so it comes to about $5 a month. I’ve only had 1 short mild cold and it was probably from lack of sleep.
    It’s made from Brewers Yeast.

    Best of luck and health!

Besides extra vitamin C every day both the natural antibiotics colloidal silver and garlic oil every day will help.

Echinacea is only suitable for short term use as long term use may actually weaken your immune system.
