    i drink this green tea before bed , with no sugar. its really good and helps alot the next morning because of its antioxidants. because its natural its the best and safe thing to drink.

    Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can give you my opinion if you’d like). There are many higher quality companies out there that sell Green Tea, are readily available, and well priced… just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).

    Pretty much any health food store and a few of the better quality online/mail order places would be more than sufficient to find a good quality Green Tea. I would personally look more at a Green Tea Extract that is between 2-500 mg per pill depending on your needs… 200 might be the better starting place at first. Good luck and I hope I helped!
