Leyn asked:

I have been searching for a diet supplement that isn’t too pricey but still flushes fat fast. I really need to lose weight. I’ve been eating better and exercising and I haven’t really had any progress. So I figured I could start using a supplement to help me out. thank you very much and experiences are appreciated.

My wife has tried most things to lose weight but nothing has worked quite as effectively as the wu yi tea that she drinks, it’s been covered on CNN and Fox News. She worked off 5 pounds in five weeks. She gets it from a friend at work but I discovered this site in Google; - they have a free trial on at the moment, maybe they’re worth a try?

Do these two things: increase your fiber intake and drink lots of water. This will do more to get the fat off than any pill or supplement. Eat a bowl of high fiber cereal (try Fiber One Flakes - they have like 14 grams of fiber) and drink at least 64 oz. of ice water every day. (Ice water has no calories, fills up the empty spot in your stomach so you don’t feel hungry, and your body burns calories warming the water to 98.6 degrees so it can digest.)

Looking for a shortcut to losing weight? Bad news, there isn’t one.
A lot of people will try to sell you things, but it’s a sure bet than NONE of them are backed by the FDA.
You want to lose, weight, sure, but you need to realize that weight loss is not a sprint; it’s a marathon. A good pace is losing .5 - 1 lb per week, or less. It takes time, which is why people say that you should create a lifestyle, instead of going on a diet. Diets are uncomfortable and stressful, while a lifestyle is exactly the opposite.

I’m betting however that you will ignore my sage advice in favor of the false hope offered by others. Fine; it’s your money and your health. Just remember that just because you WANT something to be true, doesn’t mean it IS true. Make sure you do your research.
