Is there a combination of certain vitamins or a really good multi vitamin that will keep a person feeling healthy and alert each day ?

    I take GNC megaman and salmon oil. you need some omega 3’s and my megaman covers the rest. one in the morning one in the evening. yappowz!

    Recent studies have shown that multivitamins are less effective than getting the real thing from your fruits and vegetables. This is because supplements are usually artificially synthesized rather than harvested from organic materials.
