What is required by law to sell a dietary supplement?

Do you need approval to sell a dietary supplement that is certified to be pure, in your own packaging, and something that is already on the market? I’m in australia, but the law anywhere would be helpful.

In the US I don’t think it’s regulated by the FDA.
