I am 18 and I would like to lose a little weight and tone up, but I don’t want to get bulky. I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, but I’m looking into using a cleanser or a dietary supplement to maximize results and speed my metabolism. Which is most effective yet healthy?

    just take one fish oil a day ..
    if not try a multi vitamin and don’t eat as much ..
    don’t forget to drink lots of fluids..
    speak to a doctor if needed.
