I started taking teen vitamins recently, and i’m wondering if its got anything to do with my lessening depression.

    They can be wonderful for depression, particularly if you’re lacking in Vitamin B, Iron, or Magnesium and your daily vitamin supplement has any of those. A lot of people (especially Americans) don’t get enough of these in their daily diet, and if they need more of it in their system, it can cause (you guessed it) depression! Keep on taking them, especially if they work.
