First of all I wouldn’t recommend you to take chemical vitamin pills, because you don’t need them really. They’re only waist of time and money.
You can have all vitamins with a healthy alimentation and it’s cheaper than take chemical multi vitamis pills. Try to eat 5 times everyday fruits and vegetables if it’s possible, so you have all vitamins that you need daily. It’s simple and the most best way to stay healthy and not to spend a lot of money to chemical products.
I can recommend you a very good product, it’s called Red Ginseng and it’s good for the whole Immunsystem and it helps in concentration.
I take it every year for 3 month and my concentration is improved, on sports I will not get so quickly tired and it improves my libido, too.
The best thing is that you read all about it, and then you can always choose to try it or not. I can only tell you, why not give it a chance?
