I applaud you for searching for a way to improve your health at an affordable price. Rather than go to a general retailer to get the best price or even a low-cost natural food store (e.g. Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods) I decided to try to find the best product. My rationale was that a low-cost supplement was likely missing some nutritional elements so; I would then need to buy another product to meet that need. I did find that the low-cost products were high in the ingredients that are cheap and allow them to make a few big claims (protein, potassium, calcium, vitamin E). But, that these products were low in a long list of vitamins and trace mineral that are necessary to meet your overall health needs. And, they did not address my body’s need for essential fats such as Omega-3 at all.

So, rather than purchase a low-cost supplement that is essentially a protein power with a few things thrown in and then buy a vitamin supplement, then buy an Omega-3 supplement and then buy a trace mineral supplement; I talked to my personal trainer who recommended a meal supplement called Nutrall (www.nutrall.com). It is a niche product that is only available over the internet as it contains three components – a big container powder which has all of the protein I need along with a complete list of vitamins and other nutrients, then it also includes bottles of Omega-3 (and other essential oils) and a mineral supplement capsule. Therefore, this product costs a bit more than the tubs of protein powder in the stores but, it is a complete nutritional meal supplement and still costs me less than a fast food meal. I have been using this approach for over six months and I feel it has definitely helped my fitness (along with a trainer three times a week of course).

Well, that is my approach. Whatever route you take it is great you are taking steps to improve your health and fitness.

That is like asking what is a good whore house to find a virgin. Go to health food store or save your money. Many supplements are bad for you or just a waste of money since they never get digested. See site below and learn about what you put in your body. Bacon is bad for health but it tastes good. Why pay to make your health worse. Also buy food from the health food store instead of the fat and sick food store. I shop at a health food store and a huge health food supermarket (Whole Foods) also.
