What Are Some of The Best Supplements/Vitamins to Take?

What supplements and vitamins are the best to take for overall health and to prevent diseases. I obviously know healthy diets are the best way to get vital nutrients but my Mon-Fri days are 13 hours long, so it’s hard. Right now I take:
Flaxseed oil
Fish oil
Multi-vitamin
Vitamin C
Zinc
Echinacea
Garlic
Calcium/Vitamin D
Ginko Biloba

    if you are possibly considering diet pills as a supplement, i would have to recommend Proactol as it is 100% natural and healthy by using the fat binding method
