		<description>Just take protein for the most essential thing.  Creatine is ok to add, just get basic monohydrate all the expensive stuff like cellmass, cell-tech etc. is a waste of $.  

99% of the supplements out there aren't worth their cost in terms of effectiveness.

99% of success in bulking up is from eating lots, getting enough protein and training hard.  Don't waste your money on anything else unless you're rich and it's no object.</description>
