what Amino Acid supplement should i add too my diet?

Which one do you reccomend? i am trying to build muscle, so i d like to enhance my diet with some amino acids.
Is creatine ok?
I tried N.O No Explode but i didint get anything from it.

    Creatine, it has 3 aminos in it, glutamine, branched chain aminos

    if you are trying to build muscle i would recommend a product called physique you can find it only through a distributor…i take the product everyday after i work out and i have see a difference. here is the link that i order it from

    use L-argnine it helps ur body produce nitric oxide. ,,,N.O. which will give u a good “pump” during ur workout

    Just take protein for the most essential thing. Creatine is ok to add, just get basic monohydrate all the expensive stuff like cellmass, cell-tech etc. is a waste of $.

    99% of the supplements out there aren’t worth their cost in terms of effectiveness.

    99% of success in bulking up is from eating lots, getting enough protein and training hard. Don’t waste your money on anything else unless you’re rich and it’s no object.
