		<description>As a healthcare provider I can tell you that even infants take vitamins. It's not really age related. Dosage can be age related, although most vitamins are excreted (the body gets rid of it) if you have excess. The only one that can be dangerous in too high a quanity is vitamin A and iron. Over the counter supplements usually don't even come in that high of a dose. Calcium is very important to girls and women and most do not eat adequate amounts. I usually recommend supplements. What did you have in mind?</description>
