		<description>If you are vegan or vegetarian I'd suggest making sure you take a B12 supplement, an Omega 3 supplement, and a Multi vitamin and mineral. 

I wouldn't worry about getting 200%  of the RDA from a pill, your body isn't going to be able to fully absorb it all because it is from a pill and not whole food. Besides, the recommended dose is only to prevent vitamin deficiency, its not the optimal daily intake.</description>
