K5 Chris asked: im training for law enforcement and im doing heavy dieting and weight lifting to lose fat and gain muscle.
i am looking to use some supplements to help me out, right now im thinking of getting:
-Creatine monohydrate (been using for almost a week and almost out)
- ZMA
-whey protein
-and a good mens multivitamin
any suggestions?

HMB
L-Glutamine
Creatine Monohydrate
Zinc Magnesium Aspartame
Amino Burst 3000
Protein bars with some sort of bee stuff in them
Has anyone used these and can you tell me how effective they are?
