Mama asked: I know there are many foods and/or vitamin supplements that can be taken for hair “health”, but what is the one “super” vitamin (supplement) that really does the trick?
Is it vitamin E? Vitamin B? Omega fats?

I take vitamin E, a multivitamin, vitamin D, and calcium and i’m soon going to start taking omega 3. Should I take them all at different times? and I also heard that taking vitamins can sometimes be bad for you?
Can the minocycline pill (for acne) really stop you from absorbing calcium? I heard that aswell? Are there any books I can get on vitamins?

Will taking a vitamin E supplement, plus my multivitamin daily, prevent further hair loss… or will the extra vitamin E just get turned into fat?

Currently, I am consuming:
Gingko Biloba
Royal Jelly
Vitamin E
Valerian Root
St. Johns Wort
Multi-Vitamin
2-3 cups of Green Tea
Occasional Damiana Leaf (smoked or made as tea)
Fish Oil Concentrate
Other regimes:
Hatha yoga, 2-3x a week for an hour
Any other recommendations? My goal is to get my body to its optimal function and to be an all-around healthier and more lively person.
