i have a normal quite healthy diet and do excercise daily.

but i take a multivitamin (which contains every vitamin and mineral we need),
a cod liver oil capsule,
a (odourless) garlic capsule

is it good to take these or could it harm me in the long run??

can anyone recommend a vitamin and mineral supplement?

i am in my fourties and I have 3 children one is grown and i have 2 little ones 6 and 2, so i need alot of energy to keep up with them!

I am going to start taking some vitamin and mineral supplements (all in one tablet), but they are around 4 months out of date. Will they be weaker or the same?
SOURCES PLEASE, as this is a dispute that needs settling.
(4 months out of date means the date is 4 months after the supplements were due to expire)
