I’ve been using Cyclone 3-4 times a week in the morning and after workout, and although it does work, it’s quite expensive and I don’t know if I can afford to be buying it in bulk every couple of weeks.
Is there anything else just as good, if not better out there for creating a LEAN & CUT LOOK, not huge and ripped! I am 6″3, 190 pounds and 20 years old.
It’s probably the diet which I can’t get right too… I get on average 100+ grams of protein a day… but any help on what I should be taking and eating morning, noon and evening would be a great help!

Nick G asked:

I’ve been a glider owner for about a week now, and i want to know what the experienced glider owners use as far as calcium/protein supplement, daily diet, etc. I did a heck of a lot of research before i got her, so i think im doing alright (im feeding her apple, nuts, i let her lick honey off my finger as a treat, and mealworms so far)

What advice can a pro give me? Where do you buy your stuff?

Thanks!
Nick

I recently lost 13 lbs and what is left to do is toning. I want to gain lean muscle and lose just a little more fat (like 5lbs of fat). I just got Chalean Extreme and will be starting my workout tomorrow. Should I take a serving of whey protein after every workout?

Taking whey protein supplement to improve diet and hair quality?

Treadle asked:

I don’t have a very good diet as I’m usually too busy to plan proper meals and don’t have the time to eat a healthy lunch at work. I take various vitamin supplements including Boots Hair, Skin & Nails to try to partially make up for this, though I know it’s no real substitute.

My question is - would taking (sensible amounts of) whey protein be of any benefit to me? I have trouble getting enough protein into my diet and I think that after I’ve tried just about every external treatment, my poor-quality hair and skin may be down to the lack of protein.

So would using whey protein supplement help the condition of my hair and my body in general? Are there are any health problems it can bring?

Thanks!

I am 29 yr old female, and I have recently started working out 5 days per week (up from my normal 3). I have begun to lose weight and inches, and my fat percentage is slowly going down as well. I am doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight/circuit training per workout. I am wearing a heart rate monitor to make sure I keep my rate up to where it should be for optimal weight loss. I get home and I am SO TIRED and I have trouble getting up the next morning as well.

Someone suggested adding protein shakes to combat the fatigue,

when do I have the shakes, how much and how often! I am looking to tone, not bulk up!!!

I am following a diet high in fruit and fiber, and lean protein. I usually avoid breads and grains, and I eat many times throughout the day. (I am certainly not starving!)

Should a woman supplement her diet with protein powder?
