nickname asked: My girlfriend has started taking prenatal vitamins because she believes it’s a good source of vitamins that would otherwise be absent in her system with a regular diet. However, we started wondering if the vitamins could possibly interfere with the hormones in her birth control pills and/or cause her to get pregnant… we are not planning on having kids any time soon so we want to know if the prenatal vitamins could cause her to get pregnant. Brown eyes asked: I am type one diabetic and pregnant. It is vital that I know exactly how many carbs I consume. I have been trying a lot of homemade recipes but have a hard time figuring out nutrition info because some are in ounces others in cups and then I combine them all. Is there a website to enter all the info in that will calculate it up for me?

my issue isn’t as much with not enough calories as with not enough energy. My mom thinks I’m not getting enough protien because since I’ve been pregnant I’ve gone off of meat. I also have irritable bowel, so my diet is limited anyway.
