I know some people who are on it have to supplement the crap out of themselves with multivitamins to make up for nutrients they can’t get on the diet, and one of my friends mentioned that she can’t mix up a fruit salad for a bedtime lunch, but she can knaw on a chunck of stake. It seems like a lot of meat is included in the diet. Maybe people loose weight by sticking to it, but is it really healthy?

As I searched through this section, I have seen many inappropriate diet advice to questions asked by teenagers. Do you have any benefit to make a teenager to be triggered into a disordered eating cycle? I hardly thought so.
How are we to stop this bad advice being given on this site?
