What natural herbs, supplements, dietary aids are available from the natural vitamin / health food stores that seem to help with the digestive process? I’m tired of loosing what nutrician I am ingest and being angry with myself for even eating. Seems like I keep getting punished for eating over & over.
Any suggestions?

Healthyhilda, that is what I am thinking…I need some natural good flora bacteria’s introduced. I take a multiple B / time released to aid with the fried foods, but sometimes I still have to be careful. Now when I think of it…I remember my Grandpa would eat a small cake of yeast! each day (yep the type for baking), and swore by it. He felt that you needed a bowel mvmt every day or something was wrong. I’m not very consistant…
5 of you had ideal answers! How can I choose? Drat!!!!!!!!!!

People need to know what to look for, questions to ask, and how to determine if they really need a nutraceutical. People are throwing their money away by going to health food store and buying just “whatever” looks good or what they heard would help. Nutraceuticals are natural molecules that have real research behind them to know they cause a pharmaceutical effect. They must be active molecules and processed properly or they have no value to them. This is an area that the average person needs some knowledge about for their own health.
