gaga_chick asked: Can you please recommend a multivitamin that is nearly 100% on all essential vitamins/minerals/ingredients and fully absorbable? (e.g. is a liquid multi after working out the best in terms of absorption?)
Also, can you recommend natural supplements that solve the following issues:
1) high stress levels/cortisol (apple-shaped woman)
2) naturally energizing (i try to avoid coffee, but tea is not effective enough..not even black tea)
3) weight loss (again- as naturally as possible)
4) mood elevating (no anti-depressants please)
thanks very much!

C J asked: I eat a very balanced diet and get most of my nutrients from my food anyhow. But I would like to take a multivitamin to be sure I get enough. Is there a good vitamin supplement out there for someone like me? I do not want to have too much of some vitamins as I know that can do more harm than good.

vampiremizuki asked: I’m probably not getting enough nutrients from my low-cal diet, although I do take a multivitamin every night.
So recently my hair has been falling out in handfulls, which is most definitely not normal even for me.
Will taking a vitamin E supplement, plus my multivitamin daily, prevent further hair loss… or will the extra vitamin E just get turned into fat?

Kissmethruthephone90210 asked: I need a health expert or someone who eats really healthy. I can’t afford to hire anyone to help with this. My daughter is 14 years old and she needs to eat all her vitamins and required food groups. Could you give me an easy way to make sure she eats well? i.e. a suppliment pill or a multivitamin? She eats very healthy but is still lacking the basic food groups and vitamins. Please help me

I noticed that my diet pill has supplements in it (as all diet pills do) so I was curious if I should just take that and ignore my multivitamin. I don’t want to o.d. on anything.

PookyBoo asked:
I tried Perfectil before. As far as I remember it was fairly good but it is a little expensive for my current budget. I want a general multivitamin/minerals supplement as well as trying to get them from my diet. I have whiteheads on my forehead making it a bit bumpy and tendency to get spots and whitehead on my chin. It’s not that noticeable when I wear make up but it bothers me.
Any recommendations for supplements aimed at skin health?

I’ve been advised to take a multivitamin, a vitamin C, and an omega-3 supplement to keep healthy. Two questions: are they necessary? and if not, surely they’re not doing any harm?

I take a Super B-Complex Vitamin for metabolism because I am a teenage vegetarian. My friend takes Vitamin D for Insulin receptors. I was wondering if there was somewhere I could find out what different vitamins do for different things.
I also take a multivitamin like centrum.

unkerpaulie asked:
Hi, I want to get all suggestions (top brand names would help too) of the best and most essential supplements for male health. I’m 33 and I work out often and my job is very physically demanding, plus I’m doing academic courses that require me to be focused and alert. I take a multivitamin, but I also want something for prostate health, libido, muscle recovery, brain function, immune boost, detox, skin and hair health, and any other health issues that are important for men heading toward middle age. Something that would become a daily regimen of health maintainence. Thanks!

Pyrette asked:
I take a multivitamin that says it provides me with 100% of my daily iron. But I’m still anemic. The iron pills say they provide you with 200% of your required daily iron. Is that too much if I take the multivitamin AND iron pills or is there such a thing as too much iron?
