VICTORY asked: I take a multivitamin after breakfast. In the evening after a workout would a shake with Instant Breakfast in it be too much, that has no more than about 25% of most of the vitamins in it.
How much is too much Vitamins? And what about adding a Rockstar, with all the B-vitamins in it once in a while?
Any insight on the effects of vitamins would be great Thank You!

Other places say yes take vitamins but make them food based vitamins. Other places say dont take a multivitamin, take a whole food supplent. And some people say that the vitamin pills can harm you What is true, do they harm you. What is the difference between these things? I don’t take anything now because it is all confusing to me. What should I do?
