Best diet supplement?

I just started a diet and I need a supplement that can give me a little more energy for my workouts and help suppress my appetite. I know there’s no “magic pill” but I would like something that just helps me out a little. It would also need to be safe. My weight loss goal is small. I’m 123lbs right now and I’m trying to get down to 115lbs, and I would like to do it in a month. I’m eating 1,200 calories a day and having very healthy meals. I’m also doing 15min of cardio a day and strength training 3 times a week. If there’s anything out there that can help me, please let me know. Thanks!
