Amanda asked: i have decided that i want to try out a diet. i found 3 different ones that i would like to use. one is pills, one is powder, and the other is to make a shake. i was thinking of making the shake and putting the powder in that for breakfast and then taking the pill before lunch and dinner.
is this dangerous? could i overdose on diet stuff or is it safe to use all of that in one day. i was also thinking of just using the pill and powder. no shake.

Lola Rice asked: I know that you should never replace your whole diet with food supplement tablets, but is it very unhealthy to have, say, breakfast and dinner but replace lunch with a tablet?

stephanie_dee24 asked: I’ve started exercising a lot more (joined the RAF) and I’ve been looking into supplementing my diet with protein. After a friend told me about MaxiMuscle I thought about trying it.
However MaxiMuscle is so expensive!! I was looking into getting the Pro Max or Pro Max diet but it’s so damn expensive. So what other brands are there or what else could I do to get the same effect?
At the moment I am struggling to find things to eat for breakfast as I often don’t have time or get up very early. So what appealled to me was the idea of having a shake for breakfast, then eating normal lunch, exercising and having a shake after, then a normal dinner.
I’m looking to lose fat and just tone up in general really, without paying the earth for something like MaxiMuscle. If it really is just the best then I will pay it, so long as I get results. If not, what else is there, or how else can I do it?
I put this is men’s health because I figured that men use these products more than women and might have a better idea about it all

clclc asked: I just bought this really expensive diet program that was called Release at one time(i think). There are 3 different bottles: one for morning, lunch, and dinner. The last one is pretty much a laxative and i was wondering if it would be dangerous to use over a 3 month period?
the product is actually called “advanced 24-7″ in 3 “phases”
just for some background info: before i had my 1 yr old i had all the energy in the world and ran track in college. now i can’t seem to even get off the couch! so i know what it is to exercise but i need something to give me that energy to do it.
