amour_laetitia asked: I don’t want anything with caffeine or that will make my heart feel like it’s going to explode. Are there any pills or herbal remedies that can help curb my appetite? I already exercise and eat healthy, so don’t tell me that’s the only thing I can do, I just want to cut back on portions. I’m 5′8 and 140lbs.

Andrew K asked: I’ve never taken health supplements before. The store lady at GNC Health Store recommended a dozen products to me, and I am confused. I’ve heard from people that all I need is 1000mg of vitamin C, another supplement to detox my liver (green tea, milk thistle), and something else for the heart (fish oil). I’m confused. These products aren’t cheap. What would be the best supplements that a 30-year-old guy should consume on a daily basis (product names and where to get them would be very much appreciated)? Thanks.

Fawn asked: Taking B complex, Amino Acids, Vitamin C, Hyaluronic acid for joints. And C-0-Q-10 for heart.
Is this complete , or is there an area of supplements that is being left out? Any suggestions for supplements to make it more complete, or well rounded health wise?

blackmamba762 asked: Hi! =)
I went to the podiatrist the other day and had my feet checked and they had to turn the dial up to 31 for me to even feel the slightest vibration on the soles of my feet from the machine.
I’ve had diabetes type I since I was 13, had a quadruple heart bypass last November.
Besides the ongoing insulin therapy, can I opt for HBOT to sort of improve my lower limb health, since mostly diabetic foot ulcers and general poor healing is a result of the constriction of arteries due to the decreased delivery of oxygen, and complicated by neuropathy?
Will Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy help in the long term to slow down limb health degeneration?
Thanks for your kind answers. =)
German Shephard, what do you think of this?

lorenzo asked: I started to run everyday to keep in shape and help my heart. I don’t eat properly. I don’t eat that much at all. I need to know what kind of supplements I should look for, (other than food). What’s the best drink to get?

persaunna asked: I am a 40 year old woman, have a sedentary job and lifestyle, and I have decided to do something about it. I have joined a gym and am swimming every day–working myself up to the machines. I am already taking fish oil (to support my heart), glucosamine/chondroitin (less joint soreness), a multivitamin (was doing so before working out) and Korean ginseng (to improve energy). To the best of your knowledge, what supplements (I dont mean diet pills) would help support my weight loss/exercise efforts?

I am asking this for my mom. She takes insulin and feels sick often. She’s not too old, in her 40’s but it feels like shes 80. She often feels pain at heart, and her legs and arms
right now i believe her diet SUCKS. she’s not obese even though she eats alot of oily food, but i think it does effect her diabetes. so any tips and suggestions will help plus a complete diet plan [breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner] and things to avoid…
thanks

I’m taking an OTC ephedrine for asthma prevention (which seems to work quite well). I know there’s much concern over OTC ephedrine due to deaths from taking too much (or having a weak heart), but I wonder what sort of doses we’re talking about here.
