I work in a very rugged environment, which requires me to sweat excessively, as well as staying under the sun for a considerably long hours. Am also having fatigue. Right now, am just starting to take Berocca tablets.

Heather A asked: I need to lose 6lbs in two weeks and need a little extra help. PLEASE save the lectures on exercise/healthy diet, calories in vs. calories out! I know all this & practice it EVERY day. It’s how I lost 60 lbs over the last 3 years, so I know about slow & steady. But I’ve been slacking off & am going on vacation in 2 weeks and want to lose these 6 lbs I’ve re-gained over winter.
I exercise 4-5 days/wk and watch what I eat very carefully, bu with only 2 weeks to go I need some extra help.
Can anyone suggest a supplement that is safe, works, and is available in stres? I don’t want to order online b/c of shipping delays.
Has anyone ever tried CLA? I strength train 2-3x/wk so am interested in something that is not only going to help me lose the lbs. but also help build muscle in the long term. Am I asking too much for two weeks??
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Heading to GNC tonight!
