rebecca n asked: I know in the states they have the FDA but who in the UK is in charge of regulating diet pills sold in the UK either online or from companies/shops. Who would I need to contact if I had concerns or complaints over a diet pill? also does anyone know how I could go about getting a pill tested to see what ingredients are actually in it (if I have suspicions that the states ingredients are false) I am very concerned about a particular pill and do not want to go into details till I know the facts. Thanks for any help

Christina asked: Ive tried alli and I had the same side effects as everyone else…gross. I dont know if there is enough science behind Quicktrim and the fda keeps telling us not to use Hydroxycut. I need something that is going to actually work minus the disgusting side effects and isnt going to kill me

Sports Fanatic asked: I read all these magazines and they all have tons of supplements in them and claim that their product is the best on the market but the caveat is that at the bottom of the page the fda has not approved the claims of these manufacturing companies. WHAT WILL HONESTLY GIVE ME THE WEIGHT AND MUSCLE GAINS THAT I SEEK?
Like creatine or protein. No steroids. Is creatine a steroid?
Also, which is better, free weight or the machine or does it matter?

kevin t asked: Hello, I was wondering about the FDA and there responsibilities in regards to dietary supplements and those who break the laws regarding dietary supplements. After the whole ephedra fiasco, have certain manufacturers been sued because of health/safety issues, have people ever went to jail b/c of dangerous products. Can the FDA sue people b/c of dangerous products? After the few deaths from ephedra, was anyone sued/convicted? Any help would be awesome, KT

robb10036 asked:
If people were aware about what is really in on their vitamins and supplements, don’t you think that those diets supplements would not be able to lead peoples health wrong ? I think if people had paid what they have paid to become healthy is because they are intended to do and the Vitamins and Suplements Industries are highly responsable for the bad shape of american health.
