Whats the difference between my over the counter prenatal vitamins and the ones my doc prescribed?

My docotor prescribed something called Expecta which doesnt list any vitamins just says its a DHA supplement (omega 3 fatty acid). So can I take both? As they seem different? or would i just be having a vitamin overload?
