Disa Trix asked: I know ephedra/ephedrine is illegal to sell as a diet supplement, but still many stores, both on and off shore sell it as such. Would it be illegal for me to buy it, for personal use only, or to use it?

On April 14, 2006 a federal judge in Utah, over turned the ban on ephedra in the United States. Ephedra is legal in doses of 10 milligrams or less.

I used to use it and it was great. I tried the “new and improved” safer version…but it doesn’t work at all…in fact it makes me sick and jittery as though I drank about 10 pots of coffee.
Is there still a ban on ephedra? Can I get anything that works like it did?
