Connie M asked: My doctor said today that if you have a heavy period it may mean you need more iron. My period has been pretty heavy, so I’m thinking I should get more iron in. Other than supplements, what foods could i eat to get more iron in my diet?

I am thinking trying “fibresure” which you just add to water - it is 100% vegetable fibre with no other nasties - has anyone tried it?

Here Today asked: I love mushrooms and my wife is moving us toward a diet with less meat and dairy (per her research on nutrition including having read The China Study), so I thought it would be fun to cultivate mushrooms. Maybe Shiitake and Portablella but before we choose which, I would like help in determining which have the most health benefits (including if you cook them do you remove their benefits) and which you can grow on your own.
