tinklingbangle asked: If it is, what can I do to avoid it? I’ve been on a diet (self made, but I do eat loads of veggies and fruits to get all vitamins) for the past 4 months or so.
recently (since a month may be) I’ve been having a severe hair loss. I don’t have a doctor to consult here, what should I do?
Do you think having a multivitamin and biotin supplement help me?
also, when I’ll start eating more, will my hair grow back?
please please give all your suggestions, advice.

Savi asked: I witnessed something that made me suddenly never eat red meat again and feel guilty for ever having done so. It’s now been 8 months and i’m wondering if I should have made some changes to my diet, i still eat fish and chicken but people are advising me that I need to have more iron?
What sort of foods should I try to work into my weekly diet? Or a vitamin supplement? Or any advise any of you may have i would much appreciate!! Thank you so much for your time!

:] asked: Hello!
I am considering giving up meat for Lent, but I’mnot sure what else I could eat, to supplement my diet.
My family eats meat at almost every single meal, and I don’t know what all I could eat, that isn’t just side items.
Thanks,!
I don’t want fake meat, I want things that will still give me good nutrients and stuff, w/o meat.

penzo asked: I have tried everything from lotions to supplements and I still couldn’t get rid of spots until I went on a diet restriction. I must say its very hard to stick to it as I can’t eat what I want. Although it has helped a lot with my skin I’ve been depressed because all I seem to think about is all the delicious food I could eat and I have lost weight from this, I really feel like I’ve been punishing myself. HELP??

AJ asked: I am considering taking my swimming practices to the next level (professionally). What kind of a diet would you suggest for a 20 year old? Could you tell me what kind of food/supplements I should eat (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, after and before workout, evening, etc….), how much water I should drink and how many meals per day should I have. I practice about one hour to two hours per day.
Thank you very much for your help
